"I signed up for my insurance 2 weeks ago and I still am not able to see my policy online! I keep calling the office and they keep feeding me with “oh it takes a couple of days to see it” and nothing happens. Not to mention I have never spoken to my agent that was assigned to me Terra. I called the main number and they told me that the local agency pushes through the policy and that they are supposed to make the policy visible for me online. What a slow terrible service , had I known this I would have never signed up for State Farm in Louisiana, horrible service! I had a different insurance before and was able to see my policy right after I signed up ! Here it takes over two weeks apparently"
